“My priority is to develop a deep understanding of your unique situation. Gaining that insight allows me to deliver the best options to meet your needs so that you can make informed decisions with confidence.”

Family law is more than a legal process; it blends personal, emotional, and financial issues. I help you take one step at a time, focusing on what you can do in the moment, while never losing sight of your long term goals.

By working exclusively in family law, I have the legal knowledge and practical experience to give you a clear picture of what you are facing. I represent clients in cases ranging from simple, uncontested divorces to complex proceedings involving:

  • non-marital tracing,
  • business valuation,
  • spousal maintenance, and
  • division of high net-worth marital estates.

I also advise clients on issues that can arise after divorce, such as modification of child support, spousal maintenance, and parenting time and custody arrangements. I generate creative ideas to resolve issues and minimize the harmful effects of conflict on children.

If a successful settlement cannot be reached through mediation or other methods of alternative dispute resolution, I am committed to assertively and strategically advocating for you in court.
