Brigitt Orfield concentrates on estate and tax planning for individuals, families and family businesses; charitable gift planning and administration; trust and estate administration; and elder law. She assists clients with the planning and preparation of wills, trusts and related documents; business succession planning; family gifting programs; antenuptial (prenuptial) agreements; life insurance planning; and much more.

She focuses on basic and sophisticated wealth transfer issues for individuals, married couples, families and family businesses. This includes the drafting of wills, revocable trusts, insurance trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, managing digital assets, and establishing trusts and operating agreements for passing on the family cabin. In addition, she also spends significant time working on more advanced planning techniques, as well as assisting clients in utilizing their federal gift and estate tax exemptions.
