“During emotional and stressful times, I provide clients with the support and expertise needed to calmly work through the issues, reduce the distractions, and focus on the essential factors to achieve a positive resolution.”

Because every client and case is unique, my priority is personally knowing you and providing the individualized attention you need and deserve. As an interactive communicator, I will engage you and listen attentively to understand your concerns.

As a family law attorney and litigator, my practice focuses on particularly complex cases involving significant assets and incomes, business valuations, and other financial situations. I have extensive experience handling complicated marriage dissolutions and related matters involving:

  • substantial financial resources;
  • spousal maintenance issues;
  • paternity, custody, and parenting time disputes;
  • prenuptial agreements; and
  • adoptions.

I also provide and am very experienced in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services, including mediation, evaluation, arbitration, and related services.

In addition, as a civil litigator, I bring extensive trial and appellate experience in both state and federal courts. I have represented medical device manufacturers, chemical manufacturers, and raw material suppliers in numerous cases including complex multi-district litigation proceedings involving hundreds of personal injury claims. I have also represented individuals and corporations in noncompete and trade secret disputes, and served as counsel to a major state university investigated for alleged violation of NCAA regulations. With this broad litigation experience, I have gained diverse perspectives to craft strategic and innovative solutions.

Compelled to advocate for those in need, I am steadfast in my core principles of acting ethically and honestly with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts. I excel at helping you remain calm under pressure. Clients say I keep them grounded during difficult times and provide the supportive guidance needed to focus and get through the legal process as smoothly as possible.
