Allison Plunkett Honored in 2023 Notable Women in Law by Twin Cities Business

We are pleased to announce that Allison Plunkett, business law attorney and shareholder, has been included in the 2023 Notable Women in Law award by Twin Cities Business.

Allison works with a variety of clients with their real estate and corporate transactional needs.  The mergers and acquisitions (M&A) space has been particularly robust and fast-paced over the last three years.  As part of her M&A practice, Allison negotiates purchase agreements and facilitates many practical aspects of the overall deal in order to close the transaction quickly and successfully. Allison picks up the phone to build consensus, understand concerns, and come to a resolution. In particular, Allison has advised clients navigate change in ownership for companies that obtained PPP loans, managed a real estate portfolio of over 100 locations for a company that was a party to a stock transaction, and worked with clients to purchase strategic target companies. Allison particularly enjoys the opportunity to work with closely held companies as they transition ownership from one generation to another.

Allison has acted as the co-commissioner of the Hennepin County Softball League, managing 20 teams of other law firms and law schools, and is part of the planning committee for the Hennepin County Bar Foundation, the organization that promotes justice for the people of Hennepin County.  She mentors law students and is a presenter at numerous Minnesota Continuing Legal Education seminars. She excels in bridging generational gaps within the profession and advocating for fresh, new perspectives. Allison is consistently at the forefront of program creation, consensus building, and leadership within her professional and peer communities.
