I assist with entity formation, corporate governance documents, employer identification number applications, jurisdictional research, and filings with government agencies, including secretaries of state, the Internal Revenue Service, municipalities, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
I also support clients with trademark registration and maintenance, including preliminary trademark searches, trademark applications, proof of use documents, USPTO filings, and deadline tracking.
