At Henson Efron, we have a long history of handling various forms of real estate financing transactions, both locally and nationally. Whether for the purpose of funding the construction and/or long term financing of a multi-phase senior housing facility in Florida, a design build, stand alone retail location in Colorado, a golf course in Nevada, or an office/warehouse facility or strip mall in Minnesota, our real estate attorneys understand both the complexities of these deals and the need to control costs and meet deadlines in this highly competitive lending market.

In addition to our role as primary lending counsel in many of these transactions, we serve as local Minnesota counsel in various multi-state transactions, which are based outside the state of Minnesota. In our capacity as real estate financing counsel, we have handled, or participated in, transactions ranging from as little as $1 million to as much as $1 billion.
