We are proud to share that Lisa Spencer, shareholder and president of Henson Efron, has been named one of this year’s Minnesota ICON Award honorees by Finance & Commerce and Minnesota Lawyer.

Now in its seventh year, the ICON Awards honor distinguished leaders whose careers have made a lasting impact on Minnesota’s business and legal communities. A panel of judges with legal and business expertise selected this year’s class of 17 honorees, recognizing individuals who have achieved professional excellence and inspired others through mentorship and leadership.

Lisa’s leadership has shaped the firm and the broader legal community for decades. As president since 2020 and a long-serving member of the firm’s Management Committee, she brings strategic vision, steady leadership, and a deep understanding of complex legal and financial matters to her work. Beyond the firm, she has held influential roles with the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Mitchell Hamline School of Law’s Board of Trustees, and the 4th District Ethics Committee, reflecting her commitment to advancing the profession and supporting the next generation of attorneys.

Lisa joins Joseph Dixon and Alan Eidsness as the third Henson Efron attorney to receive this recognition, underscoring the depth of leadership that has defined our firm and community.
