With over a decade of experience as a paralegal in family, juvenile, and adoption law, I strive to make the legal process as seamless and painless as possible.

My role involves intricate back-end work, analyzing financial statements, and preparing detailed balance sheets. Beyond handling financial documents, I assist with research and support various aspects of each case from start to finish, maintaining a calm and practical approach. I provide reliable information and support to clients navigating the family court system, leveraging my professional experience to assist our attorneys effectively.

As part of Henson Efron’s well-recognized family law group, I am eager to demonstrate my competencies in this sophisticated legal network. My paralegal training enables me to efficiently handle complex legal challenges, and my strengths lie in my reliability, dedication, and passion for research and investigation. My work includes:

  • Drafting pleadings for all levels and types of family cases, including dissolutions, custody matters, child support matters, orders for protection, harassment/restraining orders, third-party custody matters, adoptions, and CHIPS cases.
  • Drafting informal and formal discovery requests and responses, reviewing discovery responses, and drafting deficiency letters.
  • Calculating, preparing, and analyzing budgets, income, spousal maintenance, and child support.
  • Preparing property division spreadsheets and analyses.
  • Assisting with social evaluations or financial valuations.
  • Preparing for mediation, settlement conferences, and trials.
  • Drafting pre-trial and post-trial submissions and post-decree pleadings.
