My work includes developing customized estate plans involving trusts, asset-protection strategies, and multigenerational wealth, as well as guiding fiduciaries and beneficiaries through the legal and practical responsibilities that arise after a death. Across these matters, I pay careful attention to each client’s family, financial, and tax considerations.

Before joining Henson Efron, I practiced estate planning and business law at a Minnesota law firm, where I also advised small businesses on formation, governance, contracts, and day-to-day legal matters. That experience helps me recognize how estate planning can intersect with business ownership, succession planning, and the preservation of closely held assets.
