I help businesses and entrepreneurs navigate the full life cycle of their ventures – from formation and financing to transactions and growth. My approach combines careful analysis with practical solutions, giving clients clear guidance for complex corporate matters and the confidence to make strategic decisions.
My work includes drafting formation documents and agreements for new entities, reviewing and summarizing leases and contracts as part of acquisitions, and advising on corporate governance issues. I draw on experience in both law firm and in-house settings, having worked on corporate finance matters for major investment managers and financial institutions before attending law school.
At the University of Iowa College of Law, I served as Co-President of the Iowa Student Bar Association, worked as a research assistant to the dean, and contributed to The Journal of Gender, Race & Justice. These experiences honed my leadership, research, and communication skills and shaped my ability to deliver thoughtful, business-minded counsel.
