Effective January 1, 2026, attorney Rochelle Hauser will assume the role of Firm President, succeeding Lisa Spencer, who has served in this role since 2020.
For more than 50 years, Henson Efron has provided strategic legal guidance grounded in understanding — and this moment marks the next confident step forward in that tradition.
Rochelle brings deep business acumen, a practical mindset, and a proven ability to help clients navigate complex challenges with clarity and steady leadership. As leader of our growing Business Law practice group and a member of our management committee, she has built a reputation for responsiveness, creative problem-solving, and collaborative leadership — guiding a team known for handling high-value transactions and consistently delivering exceptional results.
Rochelle was recently named one of Minnesota Lawyer’s Top Women in Law honorees (2023), recognizing her professional excellence and impact.

This transition follows Lisa Spencer’s successful six-year tenure, during which she skillfully guided the firm through COVID-19, welcomed new talent, and continued to elevate the client experience. Lisa was recently recognized with the Minnesota ICON Award, presented by Finance & Commerce and Minnesota Lawyer, for her career-long commitment to the legal profession, and will continue leading our highly respected Family Law team.
