Henson Efron Litigation Attorney, Stuart Williams, has been elected Chair of the Minnesota Client Security Board. The Board administers the Client Security Fund, which was established by the Minnesota Supreme Court to aid parties who suffer a loss because of dishonest conduct by a lawyer during the course of an attorney-client relationship. In addition, Governor Walz has reappointed Stuart to another four year term on the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy.
