- drafting motions, affidavits, and other pleadings
- organizing and preparing informal and formal discovery
- calculating, preparing, and analyzing budgets, income, spousal maintenance, and child support
- preparing property division spreadsheets and analysis
- drafting qualified domestic relations orders
