With extensive courtroom experience across federal and state courts, I bring a results-driven approach to every case. My clients trust me to advocate with relentless determination, crafting compelling arguments that resonate with judges and juries. This trial experience not only strengthens my advocacy in the courtroom but also enhances my effectiveness in settlement negotiations, where my readiness to litigate provides critical leverage.

Over the course of my career, I have handled more than 600 depositions and litigated cases involving contractual disputes, business torts, employment litigation, construction litigation, shareholder disputes, securities disputes, probate litigation, and bankruptcy litigation. My unique combination of financial acumen and litigation moxie enables me to approach each case strategically while safeguarding my clients’ financial priorities.

With a decade of accounting experience, I bring a forensic approach to disputes involving complex financial issues. From balance sheets and cash flow statements to tax returns, I excel at uncovering the story behind the numbers, providing my clients with a decisive edge in high-stakes litigation.

I am committed to building lasting client relationships by delivering tangible value and measurable results. Whether creating a solid factual record, setting realistic expectations, or pursuing efficient resolutions, I provide practical, client-focused counsel. While I strive to settle disputes effectively, I am always prepared to litigate with precision and resolve when settlement isn’t possible.
