Clients Say

With over 50 years of experience as a litigator, I have built a career on understanding the complexities of business disputes from every angle. This extensive experience now serves as the foundation of my work in alternative dispute resolution (ADR), where I focus on guiding parties toward practical, equitable resolutions.

I am recognized as a leading provider of ADR services in commercial litigation, with a proven track record as a mediator, arbitrator, and special master in both state and federal courts. While I have developed a niche in mediating Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) cases, the majority of my practice involves commercial and business litigation disputes. I am also frequently called upon as an expert witness in matters involving attorney’s fees and professional responsibility.

As a neutral party, I work to foster understanding and facilitate realistic discussions. By helping parties identify their true interests, gain clarity on differing perspectives, and adjust expectations when necessary, I guide them toward mutually acceptable resolutions. My approach centers on uncovering the key issues at the heart of each dispute, creating an environment where both sides feel heard and understood.

Litigation often involves significant investment—time, money, and emotion—which makes achieving resolution all the more rewarding. My goal is to provide a process where parties can confidently move forward with a fair and effective outcome.
