(612) 252-2802

For more than 35 years I have successfully represented individuals and businesses of all sizes in all manners of complex, high-stakes litigation, including business, contract, commercial, employment, intellectual property, professional malpractice, product liability and mass tort, trusts and estates, and whistleblower and False Claims Act cases.

I approach each case with professionalism, honesty, and respect. And whether serving as an advocate, counselor, or negotiator, I am driven to provide effective advice and representation to help my clients navigate through challenging circumstances.

While I prioritize early resolution whenever possible, I also bring extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts when litigation is unavoidable. My track record, below, speaks for itself.
